Certification Support Officer

Our client is looking for a Certification Support Officer. As a certification support officer, you will assist with the certification/compliance validation processes of 3rd party applications, specialists/engineers and interfaces.

Job description

The Accreditation team within the Customer and Partner Security and Resilience organisation has an overseeing and coordinating role, to ensure that every year these programs are ready; all criteria and supporting documentation/processes are set and are being followed up and acted upon. The team works closely together with internal stakeholders to define the programme criteria.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or university degree
  • Excel and Word skills
  • 1-2 years of experience with customer interaction and exposure
  • Detail oriented and team player
  • Flexible, proactive and with a good team spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a prerequisite

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire the knowledge of Compatible Applications, Compatible Interfaces and Certified Specialists
  • Assist and support in the review, definition, plan and rollout of the different certification and compliance validation programmes
  • Follow-up and report on the status of certifications, and ensure timely communications to all involved stakeholders (internal/external)
  • Guide 3rd party providers through the certification/compliance validation upon request
  • Analyse and update programme documentation, collateral and framework when required
  • Be an ambassador for the Accreditation team
