Are you thinking of moving to a different Salary Administration Provider for the start of 2022? In that case, if you choose TOSS before 1st of December 2021 we will not charge you transfer and set up costs. Only a basic pay slip fee of EUR 15 and possibly a monthy charge.

A smooth transition

Is it a lot of hassle to change? We do our best to avoid that at TOSS.

If you have a standard payroll administration, we will set up the system based on several documents without any problems.

Do you have a more extensive administration? For example, there are more than 10 employees with a Collective Labor Agreement and an associated pension scheme? We do a parallel test run for a month. This means that we do a run and compare it with your current provider in order to catch and address any inconsistencies.

When is a good time for parallel test run?
We highly advise on November 2021 to be done with your salary administration by January 1, 2022. Generally, two payroll cycles are used for parallel testing. It’s best to run these two payroll cycles consecutively to ensure that any errors are caught, addressed, and then re-run. We will deliver the month of January on time and only process the changes from December. This way you can smoothly change your payroll provider to us.
