Commercial Lead

The company develops and implements software. They have been doing this for the past 20 years. The software supports notaries, facilitates medical data exchange, and optimizes business processes. They are constantly innovating their product and eventually want to expand internationally.

We’re looking for that special someone. Someone that can balance sales with great service. We’re looking for a Business Developer, known internally as a Commercial Lead for our Customer Experience department. As the Commercial Lead you will be able to build relationships with our clients and support their growth so that they expand whilst we expand.

Do you have great knowledge about IT? Are marketing and sales your forte? Our client is looking for a ‘rebel with a cause’. Are you someone who lets goals and excellence go hand in hand? And someone who understands that marketing and sales are connected and need each other to be successful? Then this job is for you!

Requirements:

  • HBO diploma in a commercial direction
  • Available 5 days a week
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the IT field
  • Interested in digitization, IT, and sales

Responsibilities:

  • You draw up the strategy to achieve commercial objectives
  • You are ultimately responsible for the commercial team
  • You optimize the customer journey from head to toe
  • You are concerned with trends and developments of the market and how you can respond to this
  • You are engaged in the innovation of our product
