Corporate Recruiter

Our client is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in the furniture industry. Do you enjoy the thrill of the hunt by matching candidates to vacancies? Have you already gained some experience in the recruitment and selection industry? And would you like to take the next step in your career? We have a suitable vacancy for you.

You will be fully responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process. Your biggest objective is to fulfill the vacancies within the organization in a timely and adequate manner. You have good resources for hiring candidates and you know how to reach the right target group through social media platforms.

Job description:

  • You will write and post vacancies
  • You will source highly talented professionals
  • You will conduct job application and offer interviews
  • You will handle your work administratively in a system
  • You will participate in the monthly recruitment meetings

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a recruitment and selection function
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Good command of English and Dutch
  • Available for at least 32 hours a week
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Can work independently but also a team player
