Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager of Overseas Areas.

  • Make annual plan and budget for regional human resources according to the group and global direct selling business division’s annual plan;
  • Combing and approving the formulation and organizational architecture of regional human resources according to the unified strategy of the global direct selling business division;
  • Recruiting, training and deploying the branch and area key talent(s);
  • Checking, approving and issuing monthly wages of each branch and area;
  • Implementation of enterprise culture and the building of an education training system for each branch and area;
  • Controlling and predicting the human cost of each branch and area;
  • Daily administrative management and outreach work of the regional headquarters;
  • Finish other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above related to Human Resources and/or Enterprise Management;
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing);
  • Skilled in the Direct Sales industry and Human Resources;
  • Comprehensive management and training;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good planning, organization and coordination ability;
  • Executive ability and good team cooperation;
  • Preferably with 2+ years of experience at a well-known Direct Sales company;
  • Familiar with all kinds of office software;
  • Willingness to travel.
