    TOSS as your Employer of Record

    If you want to hire a highly skilled migrant from outside the EU, you need an IND sponsorship. We are an IND recognized sponsor and reliable partner for the IND (Immigration and Naturalization Service). As an IND recognized sponsor, we can apply for the work and residence permit within 24 hours of communicating with you. If necessary, we can also include the MVV (authorization for temporary residence) to enable entry to the Netherlands. Combined with our Employer of Record service we can employ the desired highly skilled migrant and they can start to perform their services for your company.

    Pricing for our Employer of Record service

    The costs of our EOR service differ per situation, but we can give a few examples of what costs include. Every month you will receive an invoice from us. The invoice includes the agreed salary for the expat, the employer’s contributions to be paid (such as employer’s premiums/social premiums), taxes, and pension contributions. We also charge a monthly TOSS management fee. After the payment of the monthly invoice, TOSS handles various payments, such as payroll taxes and pension payments and then, the net wages are paid to the employees.
